4. NYC/LI (league coordinator: Caryl Hock)
5. Western (league coordinator: Lisa Carpenter)

Match 2 (1/3/09): Central-2 Lakeshore-2 Hudson-2 NYC/LI-2 Western-2 Combined State-2
